Everyone in the world knows that the most gratifying and validating thing that can happen to a man is for a woman to meet him and have sex with him right away, with no exchange of money.
So what is the second most gratifying and validating thing that can happen to a man?
I was out doing my shopping earlier today and got caught in the rain. Waiting at a traffic light, I grinned across the street at a cute girl who was ducking under a tree to keep from getting wet. As the light changed and I crossed the street, I told her – still grinning – that it actually wouldn’t help to hide under the tree. When we’d crossed to opposite sides, she yelled back at me that I have a nice smile.
Instead of taking the bus, I walked home, and I smiled at every female on the way.
